This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
Upon the successful completion of this course you'll be expected to manage project costs, human resources, risk, quality and project procurement.
Who is this course designed for?
Axial's Project Management Diploma is designed for those currently in project management positions, or those who wish to advance their skills and knowledge to step up to a senior project management role.

Delivery Mode
Delivery is conducted face-to-face in an Axial classroom, on an average of one (nominated) day per month over a period of 6 months (12 months to complete), full-time.
Some units will be delivered singularly in a designated session and others delivered in clusters. From a selection of dates, you will have to choose an assessment day that suits you to achieve competency.
Assessment Requirements
Assessment will consist of individual or clustered units of competencies, whereby the student will display their theoretical and practical ability to a standard where the trainer can deem them competent.

Career opportunities that exist for Project Management graduates include project leader, project management facilitator, program administrator and project coordinator.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is ideal for people without any formal qualifications. No matter how, when or where you acquired your skills, you can still receive a full or partial qualification based on your experience gained through various work or life situations.
